By ordering a project, you (the "Client") fully agree to the Terms and
Conditions of Keen Scientific.
The purpose of our service is to provide professional medical or scientific
writing and/or editing services to companies or individuals. The client takes
full ownership of the final copy and materials, thus Keen Scientific will not be
held liable for any and all violations incurred through the use of our services,
copy and/or materials.
Any research or copy provided by Keen Scientific is not intended to replace any
assigned academic work. Keen Scientific is not responsible for grades, feedback
or any result from the submission of its copy and/or materials as academic work.
Each project is customized and completed according to the Statement of Work as
agreed upon by the client and Keen Scientific. When required reference
documents and/or materials are unavailable or scarce, the client is to provide
such documents and/or materials via email to info@keenscientific.com. Keen
Scientific is not liable for the delays in the completion and/or submission of
the project due to failure to provide the required reference documents and/or
materials.
The primary method of communications for Keen Scientific is email. Clients are
advised to frequently check their email accounts for important updates or
inquiries regarding their project.
Cancellation of the project is possible prior to the confirmation of the
Statement of Work. Due to the reproducible nature of our work, full refunds
will not be applied to projects for which documents and/or materials have been
submitted to the client from Keen Scientific. Partial refunds can be applied to
delayed projects (not including those with corrections and/or revisions) due to
technical problems on the part of Keen Scientific. Keen Scientific is not
liable for delays due to technical problems on the part of the client, including
but not limited to incorrect email address. Should Keen Scientific require
extra time beyond the deadline outlined in the Statement of Work, the client
will be notified in advance via email.
