Our client, an advertising agency supporting the launch of a multinational pharma company’s cancer immunotherapy needed materials to educate patients and caregivers.
After consultations with a patient advocacy group, we developed educational copy for the patient website and patient and caregiver brochures. The content was simplified, culturally sensitive, sympathetic to the needs of the audience. It included resources such as pronunciation guides, oncology basics, nutrition and lifestyle support.
The resulting website and patient brochures were positively received and in alignment with the needs indicated by the patient advocacy group.
