Keen’s education and training services ensure that your key stakeholders are fluent in the efficacy, safety and effectiveness data of your therapeutic products and are empowered to implement these data and/or to disseminate this knowledge to other stakeholders.
Medical Education Content
Healthcare professionals need to balance the acquisition of up-to-date, evidence-based, and clinically-relevant information with the operation of their hectic practices. Our medical education content (for both accredited and non-accredited programs) drives alignment between real-world clinical practice and includes the following: burden of disease, unmet needs and clinical care gaps, current professional practice guidelines and harmonized standards, balanced, evidence-based presentation of current and future therapeutic options, evidence-based decision support and concrete, implementable takeaways and post-program follow-up practice assessments and refreshers.
We customize the delivery of program content to suit the learning styles and busy schedules of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. Delivery formats include e-learning, microlearning (or bite-sized content delivery); desktop or mobile learning applications. We have designed programs for HCPs on emerging therapies, professional guidelines updates, and highlights from scientific congresses.
Training Content
Internal Training for Personnel: internal preparedness for a product launch is crucial to its success. Our internal training services include therapeutic area backgrounders for cross-functional team members and scientific/clinical data training for sales representatives and account managers (relevant for sales calls, fielding inquiries and handling objections). The formats of these deliverables can include slide decks, guides, e-learning and microlearning modules, and can be translated and adapted to local geographies and languages.
Life Science Skills Training: Keen Scientific has developed a course for graduates and healthcare professionals seeking careers in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology focused on “soft” skills necessary for job readiness and career development. Such skills include reading, interpreting and presenting scientific and clinical data, and stakeholder engagement. We have partnered with pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturers and employment agencies to deliver this content via e-learning programs or live workshops.
